Hi, I’m Kara Beth.
My background is in interior design, remodels, and construction, but over the years I’ve become increasingly fascinated by something much bigger than houses:
Why people do what they do.
The more homes I worked in, the more I realized that most problems weren’t really design problems.
People wanted to cook more, but their kitchens worked against them.
People wanted less stress, but their homes were full of unfinished decisions.
People wanted simplicity, but were surrounded by things they didn’t use.
People wanted to feel more like themselves, but their homes, routines, and even their wardrobes no longer reflected who they had become or who they were becoming.
That curiosity led me to study psychology, neuroscience, health, nutrition, emotional regulation, and human behavior.
Because I don’t believe our internal world and our external world exist separately.
The environments we create don’t just influence how we live.
They reflect how we live.
They reflect what we value.
What we prioritize.
What we avoid.
What we’ve experienced.
And often, the stories we’re still telling ourselves.
That’s why I don’t believe in one size fits all solutions.
I believe in paying attention.
What’s working?
What’s not?
What kind of life are you trying to build?
Because when we answer those questions honestly, we can begin creating environments that support who we are today while making space for who we’re becoming.
That’s the foundation of everything I do.
Whether it’s a room REMIX, personal style, organization, or creating systems that make everyday life easier, my goal isn’t to create perfect spaces.
It’s to help create environments that support the life you’re building.
One intentional change at a time.
